Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping:

  • Cost & Delivery: Shipping charges vary based on the type and quantity of products in your order and the destination address. You can view the final shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your location at checkout.
  • Estimated Times: Please note that the provided shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. These estimates exclude the time required to process and create your products.

Returns:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please file a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For items lost during transit, claims should be made no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our end, we'll handle the costs.
  • Return Conditions: All returns should be in their original, unused condition with tags intact. We won't accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Issues with Your Order: If there's a problem with your order or products, reach out to us through our contact form or by writing to us at support@web3goodies.com. 

Refunds:

  • Processing: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Return Costs: Buyers bear the return shipping costs. If the returned item isn't in its original state, the buyer will be charged for any diminished value.

Exceptions:

Certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
  • Items damaged or modified by the customer.
  • Items not in their original, unused state.

Governing Language: This policy is crafted and understood in the English language. Any translations are for reference only, and the English version prevails in case of any discrepancies.
